NOTRE DAME — No tricks. Just good solid golf.

That the assessment of Notre Dame's Warren Golf Course, according to the most decorated player to compete in the United States Senior Open qualifier on Monday.  Russ Cochran is currently 40th on the PGA Tour Champions money list, and one of 73 players who battled Monday at Warren for three spots up for grabs in this summer's U.S. Senior Open.

NEW LONDON, N.C. - For the University of Notre Dame men's golf team, the year 2018 signaled a new era and persona, and that very attitude was on display at the ACC Championships this weekend.

Though, the Irish may have slipped to sixth place on the final day, it still marked the program's best showing at the ACC Championships. Not only that, the Irish shattered their previous best score at the league championships by 27 strokes, finishing at 19-under par.

Men's Golf to Compete at Prestige at PGA West

Notre Dame, Ind. - After a short week back in South Bend, the Notre Dame men's golf team is back at it again, this time jetting west to La Quinta, California, to compete in the Prestige at PGA West. The three-day, three-round event begins Monday, Feb. 19, on the Greg Norman Course at 10:30 a.m. ET.

The Greg Norman Course is a 7,100-yard, Par-71. In addition, fans can follow the live scoring at golfstat.com.  …
